We are officially back open on Monday, June 1, 2020. You may schedule your tanning appointment online or you may call us during regular business hours and schedule an appointment over the phone.


BOOK YOUR BED/BOOTH: If you know what bed or booth you like to tan in, please make your selection. We have allotted enough time for purchases, account set up, and tan time. 


NOT SURE WHAT BED/BOOTH?: If you do not know what bed/level, you can call/message us to help decide before hand.  Bed availability will be limited at that time and we will do our best to fit you in at time of purchase.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A MEMBERSHIP?: If you do not currently have a membership or have no tans banked in your account you can still book your appointment.  Upon arrival we will promptly complete your transaction and you will then proceed to your reserved room.


ARRIVAL TIME: We have designated 30 minute time slots for your appointment.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may loose your appointment, be changed to a different bed, be forced to change appointment time, experience wait times, or loose your entire appointment that day. Please call ahead if you anticipate you will not be able to keep your appointment time and/or need to reschedule. 

ADVANCE BOOKINGS: Appointments may be booked out in advance but will not be guaranteed. Our estimated time using appointments will be 2 weeks or less but could change at any time. So please do not try and book weeks out for UV Tanning.


CANCELLATION POLICY & NO-SHOWS:  For our UV tanning we have a 4 hour cancellation policy.  If you miss and are a no-show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a service fee equal to half the price of a single tan in the level that you reserved.
