Cancelling or Freezing your Club GLOW membership
To freeze or cancel your CLUB GLOW:
1. Click the TEXT BUBBLE at the lower right side of the screen and follow the instructions.

3. You may come into GLOW at 45 Western Avenue, South Portland, Maine.

CLUB CONTRACT GUIDELINES
The following guidelines are also stated on the contract you signed upon joining CLUB GLOW:
You must fulfill the allotted amount of full monthly payments according to the Club that you signed up for (3 month or 6 month)
If you are cancelling before all of the required payments have been made you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
If you choose to cancel your CLUB GLOW, and resign up at a later date, the enrollment fee of $25 will be assessed at that time. We waive this fee upon initial memberships.
If you wish to pause your account, you can choose the "freeze" option. Freeze will cost $5/month and that $5 will be returned into your account as Bonus Bucks of which you can use for in store purchases of lotions, tans or upgrades.
The maximum amount of consecutive months you can freeze is 6 months.
If you have not fulfilled your contractual monthly commitment you cannot go from a freeze to a cancel. You must reactivate your club and then can cancel after the following months payment.
There is no exception for payment if you did not come in to tan during the month of your club. - All memberships are subject to the monthly billing regardless. Just like a gym membership or other club like memberships.
